Overview
As an advertiser, you can manage your backlinks through our platform. This guide will walk you through the process of monitoring and managing your backlink orders.
Accessing Your Backlink Orders
You can find an overview of all your backlink orders at app.gokango.com/orders.
Understanding the Order Overview
The order overview provides key information about your backlinks:
| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| Scan Status | Indicates if backlinks are correctly placed (do-follow, correct anchor text, etc.) |
| Website | The website where the backlink is placed |
| Last Response | Most recent message from the publisher |
| Price excl. VAT | Price excluding tax |
| Status | Current status of the order (pending, waiting for briefing, waiting for publication, cancelled, etc.) |
| Google Index Status | Whether the website is indexed by Google (indexed, not indexed) |
Order Details
When you click on an order, you'll see detailed information including:
Order Information
- Date requested
- Request status
- Article information
Anchors & URLs
This section allows you to specify the anchor texts and URLs you want included in the article. For example:
- Anchor text: "construction news platform"
- URL: https://constructionnewstoday.com/
Remember that the anchor text is the clickable text displayed for a link. If you upload your own article, links will be automatically detected.
Article
You can choose who writes the article:
- Self-provided
- Written by a publisher
Attachments
Upload or view your article depending on the service you've purchased. You can:
- Edit the article
- Leave comments for the publisher
- Download existing files
- Upload new files
Comments
Discuss whether the article meets your requirements. You can:
- Request changes
- Respond to publisher messages
- Receive notifications when new comments are posted
Payment Information
- Price excluding VAT
- Invoice availability date
Publisher Details
- Website URL
